Details of processed imports
Once your import is done you will know the number of contacts that have been imported.
There are 3 different levels of import:
New imported contacts
Updated existing contacts: when the system detects that a contact you want to import is completely identical to one of your existing Qomon contacts, it updates it with the properties of the contact you have just imported.
⚠️ Warning: the old data of the existing contact is replaced by the newly imported contact.
Duplicate imported contacts: when the system detects that a contact you want to import looks like one of your existing Qomon contacts it notifies you. You have the option to either import or not import them. By importing them, they may create duplicates of your existing contacts, but you can merge them later from your contact database.
