When using the Qomon mobile app, users can receive push notifications related to their organization activity, actions they are invited to, updates on events they joined, materials shared by admins, and global communications sent from the platform.
These notifications help users stay informed and engaged directly from their mobile device.

❓Frequently Asked Questions
Can I send a push notification to specific users?
From the web application, admins can send push notifications (or push notifications combined with email) either to all users or to specific teams.
Do action leaders get notified when someone confirms participation?
Yes. Action leaders receive a notification each time an invited user confirms participation in their action.
Do team leaders get notified when someone joins their team?
No. There are currently no notifications sent for team joins, but we are currently working to add this in the future!
Can admins send manual reminders?
Admins can manually send reminders from the web application.
Users can also set their own reminders for their actions directly from the action page in the mobile app. They can choose a reminder for the next day or select a specific date and time.
Are material upload notifications sent?
Only if the admin chooses to trigger the notification when uploading the material.
Can users deactivate push notifications?
Yes. Users can manage their notification preferences directly from the Settings page in the mobile application.
