How Unsubscribes Work
When someone clicks the Unsubscribe link in one of your emails:
Their consent status is immediately updated in Qomon
They are automatically excluded from all future email sends
No manual action is needed from you
💡 Pro tip: This applies across all your campaigns—once unsubscribed, the contact stays excluded unless they re-subscribe.
🔍 Where to view unsubscribes in Qomon
Go to your Contact Database
Open Advanced Filters
Set Consents to Rejected Emails
Contacts matching this filter are marked as opted-out and won’t receive future emails.
📊 Tracking your Email Campaign KPIs
You can monitor the performance of your email campaigns directly in the Communications tab > Email Campaigns.
Here, you’ll see:
General overview: Total campaigns sent, Total emails sent, Average open rate, and the Average click rate
Campaign list: A breakdown of each campaign with its own performance metrics
Campaign Score — a combined score that factors in: the open rate, the click rate, and the unsubscribe rate
📨 Understand Your Email Campaign KPIs
Use advanced filters to dive deeper into your email campaign performance, identify bounced or unsubscribed emails, and keep your lists clean.
With your advanced filters, you can filter contacts by:
Campaign – see which contacts received which campaign
Unsubscribes – identify who has opted out of emails
Bounces – find contacts whose emails bounced
Other criteria – such as open rate, click behavior, or overall campaign success
This is especially useful because it shows you which emails bounced and which led to unsubscribes. By spotting these patterns, you can replicate what worked well and adjust where needed for future campaigns.
