Configuring Your Action Hub Settings

Learn how to set up your Action Hub’s identity, contact email, language and website embed, and what you can customize on each Qomon plan.

What is the Action Hub?

Your Action Hub is a shareable web page where you can display selected actions, petitions, teams, donation pages, etc.

It’s designed to help you mobilize supporters and engage new contacts without requiring them to download the app.

📋 Availability by Plan

Essential Plans

Action Hub active by default on a standard Qomon subdomain

  • Basic identity: logo, favicon, public name, public avatar

  • Public contact email

  • Qomon badge displayed by default

Advanced Plan

Everything in Essential, plus:

  • Branding: Customize your Action Hub name (shown at the top of the page), avatar, and contact email (shown in the footer).

  • Language: Choose the default language for your Action Hub and pages.

  • Embedding: Display your actions on your own website using an iframe.

  • Domain: By default, your Action Hub is hosted on a Qomon subdomain (e.g., yourname.qomon.org).

    • You can change the subdomain name, but it will always remain under qomon.org.

    • To change the subdomain name, you must disconnect and republish.

    • Your Action Hub must be published to be visible.

  • You can choose to change the "Powered by Qomon" badge to a minimal or colored style.

Expert Plan

Everything in Advanced, plus:

  • Includes all customization options from the Advanced Plan.

  • Custom Domain: Set up your own domain for your Action Hub.

  • White-labeling: Remove the Qomon badge for a fully customized experience.

⚙️ How to Configure

  1. Go to your Settings > General > Brand Kit > Action Hub.
    This page lets you set the key information supporters see and give your Action Hub its own identity.

    ⚠️ Your changes are only applied once you click "Save" in the top-right corner.
    ​

  2. Create a Distinct Action Hub Identity.
    Turn on the toggle "Create a distinct Action Hub identity" to give your Action Hub its own name and avatar. Then click "Edit name & avatar" to update them.
    ​


    The name and avatar appear at the top of your Action Hub and are also used on your pages, so supporters see a consistent identity everywhere.

  3. Add your Contact Email
    Turn on the toggle for "Contact email" and enter the address you want supporters to use. It’s displayed on your Action Hub and pages so supporters can reach you.

    💡 We recommend a shared team address (e.g., [email protected]) rather than a personal one.

  4. Default Language

    Use the Default language dropdown to choose the language of your Action Hub. This setting applies to your Action Hub and all your pages.
    ​


    💡 If you select "Browser language", each visitor sees your pages in their browser language when Qomon offers it. Otherwise, pages are shown in English.

  5. Embed Your Action Hub on Your Website

    You can display your actions directly on your own website using an iframe. Click View guide next to Embed your Action Hub on your website for step-by-step instructions.

    💡 We suggest embedding the "Map view" of your Action Hub as the default view on your website, for an optimal experience for your supporters.
