👊 What is Qomon's Action Hub?
The Action Hub is an online page you can share with your network. It displays the actions you choose to highlight so that non-users can see and participate.
Public events: Anyone can see the event and fill in the online registration form.
User-only events: Non-users will be prompted to download the app to participate.
This helps mobilize supporters and recruit newcomers directly from a shareable link.
When someone signs up for your event, a confirmation email is sent using your email credits. Learn more about emailing with Qomon here.
📋 What does the Action Hub page include?
Event pages: Display the event actions you have selected to be shown.
Event filters: Filter by events near you, select a radius, or choose a category.
Shareable link: You can share your Action Hub URL across email and text, social media, or your website.
Public or restricted access: Decide if an event is open to all or accessible only to users.
🌍 Action Hub map
View all published and past events directly on the Action Hub map. Switch between List and Map views to explore events using the map, the Events Finder, or filters.
Get a clear view of where events are happening, find one near you, view the details, and RSVP!
💻 Embed your Action Hub on your website
You can also display your Action Hub directly on your website. Supporters can then browse and join your actions without leaving your site.
To do this, paste an iframe code into your website’s HTML, using your own Action Hub subdomain. You can choose how the embedded Action Hub appears:
List view (default): Events appear as a list, and visitors can switch to the map.
Map view: The map opens first, and visitors can switch to the list.
Map only: Only the map is shown.
Map with filters: The map is shown with filters visible and no list option.

🔗 Share Your Action Hub
Your Action Hub is accessible at your organization’s public URL (for example, "your-organization.qomon.org").
You can share this link wherever your supporters are:
via email and text message
on social media
on your website, as a link or an embedded page (see above)
💡 To copy your link, go to Settings > General > Brand Kit, then click Copy in the Public URL section.

Essential and Advanced Plans
Subdomain: By default, your Action Hub is hosted on qomon.org (for example, your-organization.qomon.org). You can change the prefix to customize your subdomain.
Expert Plan
Custom domain: Use your own domain name for your Action Hub.

🎨 Customize your Action Hub
Apply your Brand Kit
Make your Action Hub match the rest of your communications by applying your Brand Kit. Your logo, brand colors, and fonts are applied to the page automatically, so your supporters get a consistent experience from your website to your event registration.
