How to Configure Your DNS for Action Hub

When setting up your Action Hub with a custom domain, you need to configure your DNS settings so your page can be accessible. This is separate from the DNS configuration used for your email communications. Adding a domain for your Action Hub will not affect the domain configured in your email communication settings, and vice versa.

To connect your custom domain to Action Hub, you’ll need to add specific DNS records with your domain host (e.g., GoDaddy, OVH, Gandi, Cloudflare).

⚙️ To Configure: Add a CNAME Record

  • Type: CNAME

  • Host/Name: Use the Host value you entered in Qomon under custom domain.

  • Value/Content: hub.qomon.org

This ensures proper resolution of your Action Hub page.

⏳ Note: DNS updates can take up to 48 hours to take effect.

🔒 SSL & Security

  • Qomon automatically handles HTTPS and SSL certificates through our infrastructure when you use a custom domain.

  • Custom SSL certificates are not yet supported, but this option will be available in a future version.

🔁 Recap

  • Add an CNAME record pointing to hub.qomon.org

  • Wait for DNS propagation (up to 48 hours)

  • Your Action Hub will then be available at your custom domain
