How to ensure petitions, forms, and event actions display the correct language for supporters.

Updating Language Settings

When creating petitions, forms, and event actions, it’s important to make sure the language settings match the audience you’re speaking to. Correct language settings help create a smoother supporter experience and ensure your pages look professional and accessible.

📋 Online Forms and Petitions

For public-facing petitions and forms, you can update the language after publishing by heading to Edit → Settings → Language & Region, then selecting the correct language.

📅 Event Action

For events, simply click Edit and scroll down the page until you see the Language of Page option, then select the appropriate language.

This will automatically update field names, form settings, and SEO-related content where applicable.

Taking a moment to review these settings ensures your supporters see the right language across the entire experience, from form labels to search engine visibility.
