The support at Qomon

Indirect support (any day, any time ⏰):

The help and resources center: find a series of articles to help guide you in optimizing your use of our app. They are always available and updated frequently. You can also find these articles in the chat bubble at the bottom right of the Qomon app by clicking "Help."

Webinars (free or paid online training): Webinars are online training video conferences. Each training addresses a particular topic to help you and your teams get the best out of Qomon. Registration for our upcoming webinars are sent by email.

Direct support (with a real human 😃):

From our Web App

The chat bubble: Access the web app (dashboard) for coordinators and admin. Find the chat at the bottom right of the screen (hours: 9:30 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday CET)

From our Mobile App

Go to Profile > Settings ⚙️> Contact Us
