Qomon Support Options

Indirect Support (available anytime ⏰)

  • Help and Resources Center
    Access a series of articles to guide you in optimizing your use of the app. These articles are always available and updated frequently.
    ➡️ Find these resources:

    • Via the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the Qomon app (click on "Help").

  • Webinars
    Webinars are online training video conferences (free or paid) that address specific topics to help you and your team make the most of Qomon.
    ➡️ How to register: Look for invitations sent by email for upcoming sessions.


Direct support (with a real human 😃)

  • From the Web App:
    Use the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the web app (dashboard) for coordinators and admins.
    ➡️ Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6 PM (CET).

  • From the Mobile App:
    Navigate to Profile > Settings ⚙️ > Contact Us to reach support.
