🔐 What is 2FA?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) at Qomon enhances the security of your account by implementing an additional security measure to protect your personal data.

This means that even if someone has your password, they won't be able to access your account without entering the code sent to your email/devise.

⚠️ Please note that 2FA is currently only available for web users and is not yet supported on the mobile app. Enable this feature to keep your account secure. ⚠️

⚙️ How to Set Up 2FA on Qomon?

  1. Log into Your Qomon Web Account: Visit the Qomon login page and enter your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Profile & Security: Once logged in, go to your 'Profile & Security' settings by clicking on your profile icon.

  3. Select the 2FA Option: In the security settings, find the option for two-factor authentication (2FA) and click on the toggle to enable.

🔒 Enforce 2FA for All Users (Admins Only)

Admins have the option to require two-factor authentication (2FA) for all users in their space — adding an extra layer of security across your organization.

To activate 2FA for all users, please reach out to Qomon Support, and our team will enable it for your entire space.

⚠️ Note: If you toggle this setting from the web platform, it will only enable 2FA for your account.

🤔 What Does it Look Like on Qomon?
