Types of documents in Qomon
The following formats are accepted when uploading documents that you want to share with your teams (via the material sharing feature):
Picture: .jpg, .png, .gif
Movie: .avi, .mov, .mp4
Other: .docx, .xlsx, .csv
PDF
You can also paste a link to a file from Google, OneDrive, iCloud, or Dropbox to share with your teams as well.
💡 Good to know: Files cannot be larger than 10 Mb
Once they are shared, they will be available directly on your teams' mobile app. All members will have access to them. If you'd like to share files with access restrictions, we recommend linking a file from Google, OneDrive, iCloud, or Dropbox and controlling access rights directly from those platforms.
