A duplicate in Qomon's CRM
A duplicate in Qomon occurs when two or more contacts share similar or identical information. This often happens when:
A file is imported into your database
A contact is manually added by a team member
A contact is added through a form, petition, or integration

🔧 Managing duplicates with Qomon
To manage duplicates, use the Search duplicates feature in your contact database:
Go to Engage > Contacts > Search duplicates
Choose your search scope (all contacts, a saved list, or soon: limit by specific rules/fields)
Define criteria such as exact match or similar match
Review groups of potential duplicates
Merge duplicates, or mark them as “not duplicates” if they should remain separate
