What languages are available on the mobile app?

🤝 One of Qomon's principles is that mobilizing should be easy and available for everyone. Language plays a huge role for your supporters in their digital and on-the-ground actions.
🤔 The mobile app is already available in many languages but it may be in yours yet!
Don't panic, we've got your back. Here are the 2 options we offer:
Translation specifically for you, by us
If Qomon’s mobile app is not available in your language, you have the option to contact support and have us translate the app for you! For this option, you won’t have to do anything except wait for us to come back to you.
The price for this option will differ depending on the language you would like the app to be translated to. Contact support via the live chat option in the bottom right corner of your screen, or by email via [email protected]
Translate the app using our translation tool
This option can be very beneficial to you, as it's the cheaper option and you get to learn about the product while translating.

You can translate the mobile app into your language in no time. From our experience, it will take around 3 hours to fully translate the app.
It only takes 5 steps!
First, select the mobile app and the language you want to translate it into.
You will find all the terms used in the app grouped by words or sentences in the left column and an empty field to the right of each term for you to translate. The context of the word is explained clearly on the side of each empty field.
Stuck on a translation? You can star the word or comment on it to come back later.
Approve your version once you have translated all of your words,
Lastly, it will be processed by our team and be online in less than 24hrs.
