The advanced search feature in Qomon allows you to refine your search results by adding specific criteria, making it easier to locate contacts and other important data.
Whether you're creating a list of supporters, segmenting your contacts, or identifying contacts with particular tags for targeted actions or outreach, advanced search offers the flexibility and precision you need.
🔍 How do advanced filters work?
With advanced filters, you can create customized search combinations using “AND” and “OR” logic:
AND: All selected criteria must match (e.g., finding contacts who meet multiple requirements simultaneously).
OR: At least one of the selected criteria must match (e.g., finding contacts who meet any of your specified requirements).
Example: "I want ALL criteria to match" vs. "I want ONE OR MORE criteria to match."
🤔 Where to find them?
Go to your Contact Database: Select “Filters” and then “Advanced Filters.”
Customize Your Search: Choose the data type, property, and operator that suit your search needs.
📝 Example:
In the example below, we're searching for Men aged 25-34 who have either an email address OR a phone number.
💡 Tip: Save Time with Lists! If you find yourself using the same filters often, save them as Dynamic Lists to quickly access your preferred search combinations.
