What is Qomon’s email integration?

Qomon’s email integration allows you to connect your email inbox to your contact database. This enables you to:

  • View email threads with your contacts directly on their contact cards.

  • Respond to messages seamlessly within Qomon.
Only emails linked to a specific contact will appear on their contact card, ensuring streamlined communication.

Why integrate your email with Qomon?

By integrating your email with Qomon, you and your team* can:

⭐️ Centralize email exchanges between your team and your contacts.
⭐️ Stay connected with your contacts more efficiently.

⭐️ Personalize communication by having all contact information at your fingertips.

⭐️ Easily switch between tabs to consult notes or details before responding.

⭐️ Simplify task management by keeping everything in one place.

*Email sharing is optional and limited to admins.

How does it work?

  1. Synchronization

    • Once you connect your inbox (Space settings > Communications > Inbox), it may take several hours for synchronization to complete, depending on the volume of emails.

    • After synchronization, emails associated with your integrated address will be visible on the “Inbox” tab of each contact card.

  2. Privacy Options

    • Choose to keep your email integration private, so only you can view the exchanges between your inbox and your contacts.

  3. Team Integration

    • If sharing is enabled, the “Inbox” tab on a contact card will display all incoming and outgoing messages from any connected inboxes within your team.

  4. Compose and Respond

    • Reply to messages or compose and send new ones directly from Qomon using your connected inbox.

    • All messages, even those sent before the synchronization, will be accessible.
