Integrate Outlook With Qomon
You only need to follow these three simple steps:
Go to your profile (bottom left corner), then click Profile & Security > Inbox > Connect Email Account.
Select Sign in with Microsoft to connect your inbox.
After signing in, Outlook will ask for permission to share your inbox with Qomon - click Accept.
Once authorization is complete, you're all set 🚀!
📨Tracking the progress
You can track the synchronization progress in the Inbox tab. This may take several hours depending on the volume of emails:
You'll also have the option to decide whether to share your inbox/exchanges with your admin team. If you choose not to, only you will be able to view emails between your connected inbox and contacts:
To view the email interactions between you and your contacts on Qomon, simply select a contact and hit 'Inbox'.
