⚙️ Mobile App Settings
The Qomon mobile app is designed to help you meet more citizens and collect contact information efficiently to grow your community. In some cases, you may want to adjust the display or available options to better fit your activities in the field.
You can manage advanced mobile configurations from Space Settings > Mobile App, organized into two sections: General and Actions.
Important: Modifying these settings will impact your mobile app configuration. Please review carefully before applying any changes.
📱 General Options
Quick Actions
Add a contact from mobile
Show or hide the “Add a contact” button on the mobile app’s HQ screen.Question a citizen
Show or hide the “Start a survey” button on the mobile app’s HQ screen.
Teams
Users can join a team
Decide whether users can join only one team or several teams directly from the mobile app.Leave a team
Choose whether users can leave a team from their profile in the mobile app.
Personal Data Protection
Collecting consent from mobile
Show or hide the consent pop-up that appears when a user clicks “Add a contact” or “Start a survey” in the mobile app.

Actions
Optimize response screen display
For door-to-door and call actions, you can choose between:Optimized display: two main buttons (Present / Absent).
Full display: four main buttons (Present / Absent / Refusal / Come back later).
All options remain available in both cases via the “Other” button.
Do not contact again
Display the “Do not contact again” option either as a sub-option of “Refusal” or as a separate button.
Questionnaire
Qualify contacts following the survey
Show or hide the button that lets users return to the action after completing a survey.If hidden → users must complete the qualification step (assign a support level and/or task(s)).
If visible → users can skip the qualification step and return directly to the action.
Survey based on presence status
By default, the survey opens when the member selects “Present.”
You can also choose to open it for one or more additional statuses (Absent and/or Refusal).
