🤔 How to create a form?

  1. Go to the "Forms" Tab: Click Create a form.

  2. Name Your Form: Choose a short, descriptive name and link it to an organization.

  3. Add Tags & Support Levels: Categorize respondents with tags and define engagement levels.

    • Edit field labels, descriptions, placeholders, or default values.

    • Set fields as mandatory, optional, visible, or invisible.

  5. Add Visuals: Include an image (Recommended size: 1920x1080 pixels).
