Expert Plans
When setting up your organization on Qomon, you have three subscription tiers to choose from. If you go with an Expert plan, you have the option between two different structures.
Expert 1
One Space with Contact Groups (Segmented Lists) – A single, centralized space where you can segment contacts into different groups.
Expert 2
Central Space with Sub-Spaces – A decentralized structure where different teams or regions have their own dedicated sub-spaces.
✅ Included in both plans
Whichever Expert plan you choose, you get:
All actions unlocked: canvassing, petitions, events and more
Segmented contact views: contact groups by region, support level, tags, etc., including inside each Expert 2 sub-space
Custom roles and permissions
Email senders assigned to specific users
Brand Kit: advanced brand controls
Action Hub Expert
Unlimited forms, petitions, actions, users, action flows, etc. and SLAs
Expert 2 adds Multi-Level Organizing (the Central Space and its sub-spaces) and access to the White Label add-on.
📖 How each plan is organized
| Expert 1: one space + contact groups | Expert 2: Central Space + sub-spaces |
Structure | One space for the whole organization | A central "HQ" space with a sub-space for each team/region/chapters |
Contacts | One shared database, split into contact groups | Each sub-space manages its own contacts and can split them into contact groups. |
Actions and campaigns | Created in the single space and shared by everyone | Each sub-space runs its own. The Central Space can also run organization-wide actions |
Settings and workflows | Same settings for everyone | Each sub-space can customize its own |
Analytics | One dashboard for the whole space | Separate reports per sub-space, plus a global dashboard in the Central Space |
Communication | Emails and SMS sent from the single space | Each sub-space sends its own. The Central Space can send to contacts across all sub-spaces |
White Label | Not available | Available as an add-on |
🤔 Which plan should you choose?
Choose Expert 1 (One Space with Contact Groups) if you want a simple, centralized structure with shared actions and contacts but with segmentation capabilities. If you're a single team or a centralized organization that wants everything in one place, with contacts organized into groups.
Example: a city-level campaign/organization where volunteers are assigned contact lists by neighborhood.
Choose Expert 2 (Central Space with Sub-Spaces) if you need a decentralized approach where different teams or regions operate more independently while staying connected under a main organization. If your organization has local teams that need to run their own campaigns, contacts, and settings, while headquarters keeps an overview of everything.
Example: a national organization with regional chapters, each running its own events and petitions.
