📨 Building your email

Once your DNS is configured (important to do this first!), and you've had a look at 'How to send an email campaign', you’re ready to start building effective emails on Qomon.

Step 1: Set your email details

Before diving into design, start by setting the basics:

  • Sender: Pick the email you want your message to come from. DNS must be set up first!

  • Reply-to (optional): If you want replies to go to a different inbox, you can add that here.

  • Subject line: This is what your audience sees first—keep it short and impactful.

Step 2: Use content blocks to add elements

Think of blocks as the building materials of your email. You can drag and drop them into place and customize each one.

Here’s what you can add:

  • 📝 Text: title, text, paragraph, list, table

  • 📸 Media: image, video, GIF

  • 🔗 Call-to-Action: button, social media links

  • 🧩 Layout/Extras: divider, spacer, HTML block, icon, menu

Each block has its own settings so you can change the text, alignment, colors, and more.

Step 3: Organize with rows

Want to place an image beside a paragraph? Or stack buttons in a certain way? Use Rows! Rows control the layout structure of your email. You can choose 1-column, 2-column, or more advanced arrangements to get your design just right.

Once you add a row, you can drop blocks into it and arrange them however you like.

Step 4: Customize your email settings

Make your email match your brand! In the Settings tab, you can adjust:

  • Font family, size, and colors

  • Background colors for the full email or specific sections

  • Padding (space around elements)

You can also click on any individual block to change its settings and style.

💡 Pro Tips

  • Preview your email to see how it looks on mobile and desktop.

  • Send a test email before launching.

  • Keep your layout clean—less is often more when it comes to email!

And that's it! Reach out to [email protected] if you have more questions.
