💻 Before you start sending emails:
To send email campaigns on Qomon, make sure you have enough email credits via Qomon or Brevo.
Check your balance: Navigate to the "Communication" tab in Qomon or log into your Brevo profile.
Once you've ensured sufficient credits, you're ready to send your emails!

📧 How to send email campaigns?
Choose your audience:
Use the advanced filters or your existing lists in your Contacts tab to define who will receive your email (Tip: Select one contact to test a template).
Select the “Actions” tab:
(top right corner) A drop-down menu will appear > Select the “Send an email campaign” option.
Organize your templates with folders:
Within the email builder, you can organize your templates using folders. This makes it easier to find and manage your templates before you start editing or creating a new one.
You'll find a few tabs to help you navigate:
All templates: Shows the latest templates and folders in use.
My favorites: Quick access to templates you’ve favorited.
My templates: Templates you have personally created and saved.
Qomon templates: Pre-made templates provided by Qomon.
Create your email:
Once you have selected a template or decided to start from scratch, use Qomon's drag-and-drop tools to add text, pictures, and even videos. 👉 For more information on building your email, read here.
Send your email:
Add a subject line and test your email before sending. When you're ready, hit Start Sending. A pop-up will appear confirming your send and the number of contacts.
🎨 Why customize email campaigns?
Customizing email campaigns creates a more personal experience and improves targeting efficiency.
Add your organization's colors, header, and footer to emails.
Save these as templates for quick and consistent use in future campaigns.
💡 Personalization with merge tags
Make your email campaigns feel personal by embedding recipient-specific details like names or emails.
When creating your email, look for the Merge tags option.
Select tags like first name, last name, email, or (un)subscribe link to address each recipient individually.
🔗 Tracking unsubscribes
If sent via Qomon: unsubscribes automatically update in contact records.
If sent via Brevo Campaigns: unsubscribes automatically update in contact records.
If sent via Brevo Transactional: you will need to enable webhooks on Brevo’s end to sync data. Read the linked article for guidance.
