Our mission at Qomon is constant: to build the best solution for our sector, continuously evolving, with strong support and genuine respect for all the partners who contribute to delivering our service.

Our pricing is modular and designed to fit a wide range of organizations. Plans scale with your contact volume, commitments can be monthly, annual, or multi-year, and cancellation is straightforward.

Our Plans are flexible: You can cancel directly from the platform up until the last day before your renewal date.

To make this level of flexibility possible while continuing to deliver reliable services from day one and investing in a constantly evolving product, we operate within a clear and consistent framework.

This allows us to fairly compensate the teams, infrastructure providers, and partners who make Qomon work every day.

Subscription Fees and Cancellations

Qomon subscriptions are flexible and can be canceled directly from the platform at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing or commitment period.

However, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

This applies to:

  • monthly subscriptions once the month has begun

  • annual and multi-year subscriptions once the contractual period is active

  • commitment-based plans, including bundles

Think of it like a streaming or mobile phone subscription: even if usage is low or paused, the service remains available and associated costs still apply.

Refunds, credits, and billing adjustments

Qomon services are delivered immediately after payment. Platform access, features, infrastructure, and data processing are activated without delay. As a result, by subscribing and completing payment, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Billing adjustments and usage-based charges

Some billing adjustments are handled automatically to ensure fairness and service continuity.

If you exceed a contractual limit (such as your contact limit):

  • your plan is automatically adjusted to avoid service interruption

  • the additional cost is billed pro rata temporis, based on the remaining time in your billing cycle

If your usage later falls below the threshold:

  • the change is detected within 24 hours

  • a pro-rated credit note is generated automatically

  • the credit is applied to your next invoice

No manual action is required.

Billing errors and corrections

In the event of a proven billing error (incorrect tier, duplicate charge, invoice mistake), the situation is reviewed by Qomon’s Finance team and corrected when applicable.

Whenever possible, corrections and refunds are issued as credits in the Qomon Wallet, which can be used for future invoices, add-ons, SMS, MMS, or email credits. Wallet credits are immediately available from the Billing section of your Qomon space.

In some cases, anti-fraud or anti–money laundering regulations may require refunds to be issued to the original payment method, or to an account held in the same name.

Non-refundable services and data portability

The following items are non-refundable once delivered or activated:

  • SMS, MMS, and email credits

  • training and onboarding services

  • one-time add-ons

  • data products

Data products are licensed services, with value delivered immediately, and are strictly non-refundable.

Your data belongs to you. Qomon guarantees data portability for all customers, allowing you to export your data at any time. Data portability does not affect contractual commitments, notice periods, paid invoices, or agreed pricing.

Exceptional cases and currency exchange

In rare and exceptional situations, Qomon may grant a refund or credit outside this framework. These cases are reviewed individually and remain at Qomon’s discretion.

Important note:

Qomon does not cover foreign exchange (FX) risk. Any refund issued is subject to exchange rates and fees applied by our payment service providers (notably Stripe). Refunds may be reduced by applicable processing costs, and a discretionary flat fee of up to 18% may apply.
