Who’s who in Qomon AI

  • Supporters: All contacts in your database. Qomon considers every contact a potential future volunteer, donor, or engaged supporter, so all contacts are categorized as supporters, regardless of whether they have expressed interest in your organization..

  • Volunteers: Users who have an account on the Qomon platform or mobile.

  • Donors: Contacts with a donation recorded through Qomon Fundraising. Simply having a tag or custom field indicating donor status could not be enough to be recognized as a donor by Qomon AI.

  • Members: Contacts with an active membership managed through Qomon Fundraising.

  • Active Supporters (also called Active Contacts): Contacts who recently engaged with your organization, for example by participating in an action or reading an email, but who are not yet volunteers, donors, or members.

Good to know: A contact can belong to several categories. For example, a supporter can also be a donor and a member. Active Supporters are a specific segment that excludes volunteers, donors, and members.

Why this matters

The words you use determine which contacts and activities Qomon AI looks at.

Tip: Start with your Active Supporters
Active Supporters have already shown interest in your organization. They may be ready for the next step: volunteering, donating, or becoming a member.

Ask Qomon AI to identify them and help you plan your next outreach.
