What are Fundraising Pages?
Fundraising Pages let you create branded online donation pages in a few minutes, directly from Qomon. Supporters choose an amount and pay securely with Stripe, and every donation is recorded in Qomon with the rest of your fundraising data.
With Fundraising Pages, you can:
Launch a donation page for your campaign, event, or to add to your website
Tell your story with a title, description, background image and logo
Use the donation products you already set up in Qomon
Apply your Brand Kit automatically, so every page looks like your organization
Track each page and the total amount collected per page
👉 Note: Fundraising is an add-on. If it's not yet active in your Qomon space, check our article on how to enable the fundraising feature on your space.
Before you start: 3 things to set up first
Complete these three steps before creating your first page. They take a few minutes and make sure every gift is processed by Stripe, recorded under the right product, and shown on a page that looks like your organization.
Step | Where | Why it matters |
1. Connect your Stripe account (required) | Settings > Integrations & API<br>https://qomon.app/settings/extensions/connect | Payments on your pages are processed by Stripe. A Stripe account connected to Qomon is required to use Fundraising Pages. |
2. Create your donation products | Settings > Fundraising > Donations<br>https://qomon.app/settings/fundraising/transaction | Each page collects donations through a product. Only custom amount products linked to Stripe can be used on a Fundraising Page. |
3. Set up your Brand Kit | Settings > General > Brand Kit<br>https://qomon.app/settings/space-settings/brand-kit | Your pages use your Brand Kit by default: logo, colors, fonts and interface style. |
1. Connect your Stripe account (required)
Payments on Fundraising Pages are processed securely by Stripe, so a Stripe account connected to Qomon is required to use this feature. If your organization doesn't have a Stripe account yet, create one on stripe.com before you start.
Go to Settings > Integrations & API.
Enable the Stripe integration.
Follow the prompts to connect your Stripe account securely.

2. Create your donation products
Donation products represent the donations your organization collects. They are used on your Fundraising Pages, in the Transactions tab and for manual entry, so setting them up first keeps all your fundraising data consistent.
Go to your Space Settings (click your profile at the bottom left, then Settings).
Open the Fundraising tab, then Donations.
Click + New donation.
Enter a name and select Custom amount.
Link the product to Stripe: turn on Collect with Qomon to create the product in Stripe, or choose Link a product to use an existing Stripe product.
⚠️ Important: for now, Fundraising Pages only work with custom amount products. You can then offer suggested amounts specific to each page.

3. Set up your Brand Kit
Every Fundraising Page takes your Brand Kit branding by default. Setting it up first means your pages look right from the start, with no need to restyle each one.
The Brand Kit controls:
Logo and avatar shown at the top of the page
Primary color for buttons and highlights, and background color
Title font and interface style (Square, Rounded or Bubble)
Public URL (your-organization.qomon.org), where your public pages live
Go to Settings > General > Brand Kit, make your changes, and click Save. Changes go live on all your public pages immediately.

Where to find Fundraising Pages
In the left menu, go to Activation > Fundraising, then open the Fundraising Pages tab.
This tab lists all your pages as cards. Each card shows:
The page status: Draft or Published
The background image
The creation date and page title
The total amount collected so far
Use the search bar to find a page by name, and the status filter to show Draft pages, Published pages or archived ones.
Create a Fundraising Page
Step 1: Add the information donors see first
In the Fundraising Pages tab, click + Create a page (top right).
Fill in the page details:
Title (up to 140 characters): a short, clear name for your appeal, for example "Support our Spring Campaign".
Description (up to 500 characters): explain what the donation supports and why it matters now.
Background image: an image that brings your cause to life. It appears behind the donation form.
Logo: your organization's logo, so donors recognize you instantly.
Click Next (top right).
💡 Reminder: Your Brand Kit logo is used by default. Only upload a logo here if you want a different one for this page, for example a campaign logo.
Writing tips for your description:
Lead with impact: say what a gift makes possible ("€20 prints 500 leaflets").
Keep it short and personal. Donors skim on mobile.
End with a clear call to action.
Step 2: Customize your page in the editor
After clicking Next, the page editor opens. The center shows a live preview of your page exactly as donors will see it, and the right-hand panel holds the page settings (see the next section).
In the preview, you can still:
Edit the title and description directly.
Remove the background image with the bin icon (top right of the image).
Click Restore space branding under the logo to go back to your Brand Kit logo and branding.
Configure your page settings
The right-hand panel of the editor has three sections. Click each one to expand it.
Donation price
Select the donation product this page collects for. The dropdown only lists the custom amount products linked to Stripe that you created in Settings > Fundraising > Donations. That's why they must be set up before you create your page.
Language
By default, every page uses the default language set in your Brand Kit. This applies to all your public pages, including Fundraising Pages. To use a different language for one page, change it here. This only affects that page.
Manage Consents
Choose which consents and legal texts donors see on the page. Consents collected here are saved on the donor's contact card in Qomon, so you can follow up in line with their choices.
To manage the consent channels and purposes available in your space, check the consent management center in your space settings. Learn more here.
Save, publish and follow your page
Save as draft or publish
The page status shows at the top right of the editor (DRAFT until you publish).
Save draft: keeps your work without making the page public. Use it while you wait for a teammate's review or a final image.
Create: publishes the page when you're done. Its status changes to PUBLISHED and Qomon generates a dedicated URL for it.
Before you click Create, check that:
Your Stripe account is connected and your donation product is linked to Stripe
The donation product is the right one for this appeal
The logo, colors and fonts match your Brand Kit (or your campaign branding)
The title and description have no typos
The page looks good in the preview, including on mobile
Once published, the page opens in view mode with a PUBLISHED status at the top right.
Share your page
Just like Forms in Qomon, each published Fundraising Page gets its own dedicated URL. To share it, click the share icon at the top right of the page, then choose:
Copy URL: copies the page link, ready to paste in an email, an SMS, a social media post or a newsletter.
Create a QR code: generates a QR code that sends people straight to the page. Add it to flyers, posters, event banners or canvassing materials.
💡 Tip: Your Fundraising pages will also appear in your Action Hub. Make sure you have configured your Action Hub beforehand.
Track responses
Click the Responses tab at the top of the page to open your contact database, filtered on all the contacts who filled out your Fundraising Page. The total collected also shows on the page's card in the Fundraising Pages tab.
