How to use the document sharing feature?

The objective of this function is to provide your members with the possibility of consulting the mobilisation materials anywhere and at any time.

From the Qomon mobile app, you can access all the documents shared by your organisation's admins.

Imagine a digital briefcase... Well Qomon has done it! 💼

How can the "documents" feature serve as a central sharing point?

All users of the web platform (Admin, Staff, Field Organizer) have access to the "Documents" feature.

They can not only add documents but also consult or download them! Qomon can, therefore, become your central sharing platform.

This will prevent documents from getting lost in the many emails we receive! 📬

How does document sharing work?

Sharing a document from the web platform is done in three simple steps:

1️⃣ Go to the Documents tab.

2️⃣ Click on + Add a document.

3️⃣ Select the document you wish to share with your teams.

💡 Good to know: To find out what kind of documents can be downloaded, click here.

💡💡Good to know: You can label your documents as internal or external so that the person consulting can know at a glance what type of document they are dealing with.

And that's it 👍

Your teams now have the document you just shared directly to their Qomon mobile app and will be able to use in their actions.
