If you have a Qomon Organisation plan, we can create multiple spaces linked together to decentralise actions and make the most out of local tools!

But, do you really need multiple spaces? Do you need to decentralise? Here are our tips!

What's a "Qomon space"?

A Qomon space is an independent entity. It operates with its own members, administrators, its own contact base, its own mapping dashboard and on its own scale.

Each space is independent but all your spaces can be linked thanks to a "super-admin" account. This account allows you to navigate from one space to another.

So, should I go with one or multiple spaces?

With one space: centralise actions

A single space is relevant if:

  • My team functions in a very centralised way

  • Actions don't need local management

  • I don't have (enough) teams to carry local actions

  • I want close control over my organisation's access to information

With multiple space : decentralise actions

Multiple spaces are relevant if:

  • I want to decentralise and provide local tools to my teams

  • I function with very a local organisation and teams are trained locally

  • I can delegate actions at a local and precise level

Our tips and best practices

  • Take into consideration your true and current situation; don't consider your ideal situation

For example, if, ideally, you would like to divide your territory in 20 areas, but at the moment you only have 3 managers, you should start by dividing your territory in 3 (not 20).

  • Choose the right scale: when using multiple spaces, choose the scale of division based on the availability of social-electoral data: a region, few districts, ...

You should define zones that fit your needs!
