KPI Dashboard Overview

If your Qomon space includes the donation feature, you’ll have access to a dedicated Transaction Dashboard. This dashboard gives you a clear, at-a-glance view of your fundraising activity—totals, trends, and performance indicators—all in one place. Everyone with access to the donation module will see this overview.

If you have't yet, be sure to take a look at this article:

📈 Key figures at a glance

The dashboard offers a clear overview of your fundraising efforts, with high-level stats like:

  • Total donations received (within a chosen period)

  • Number of donors

  • Average donation amount

  • Gender & age breakdown of donors (when available)

These indicators help you quickly understand how your campaign or organization is performing financially.

🔍 Using filters

By using your advanced filters in the contact database, you can filter transactions by:

  • Time period (day, week, month, custom range)

  • Transaction type (donation, membership, elected official contribution)

  • Campaign code (to track different fundraising efforts)

  • Payment method (cash, cheque, etc.)

  • Transaction status

This allows you to segment and analyze performance by source, campaign, or time.

✅ Understanding transaction statuses

Each transaction in Qomon will have a status to indicate its current state:

  • Valid: Payment confirmed and recorded

  • Unpaid: The pledge or donation has not been completed

  • Refunds: The transaction has been refunded

  • Errors: Payment attempt failed

  • Cancelled: The transaction was canceled manually

These statuses help you track which contributions count toward your total and which still need attention.
