💡Why use the advanced filters?

The advanced search feature in Qomon allows you to refine your search results by adding specific criteria, making it easier to locate contacts and other important data.

Whether you're creating a list of supporters, segmenting your contacts, or identifying contacts with particular tags for targeted actions or outreach, advanced search offers the flexibility and precision you need.

🔍 How do advanced filters work?

With advanced filters, you can create customized search combinations using “AND” and “OR” logic:

  • AND: All selected criteria must match (e.g., finding contacts who meet multiple requirements simultaneously).

  • OR: At least one of the selected criteria must match (e.g., finding contacts who meet any of your specified requirements).

Example: "I want ALL criteria to match" vs. "I want ONE OR MORE criteria to match."

🤔 Where to find them?

  1. Go to your Contact Database: Select “Filters” and then “Advanced Filters.”

  2. Customize Your Search: Choose the data type, property, and operator that suit your search needs.

📝 Example:

In the example below, we're searching for Men aged 25-34 who have either an email address OR a phone number.

💡 Tip: Save Time with Lists! If you find yourself using the same filters often, save them as Dynamic Lists to quickly access your preferred search combinations.
