When do credits renew?
Email credits included in your subscription renew on the 11th of each month. Important to note:
Email credits do not carry over if they are not used
Any unused credits will expire when your credits renew
Your subscription always renews on the 11th, regardless of when you signed up
Note: 1 email credit = 1 email sent
📧Adding more email credits
If you need additional email credits, you can purchase them at any time from the Communications tab by selecting Get Extra Packs.
Once purchased, the additional credits will appear automatically in your account.
