Finding Your Settings
Your settings are located in the bottom left corner of your screen. Click on your icon or name to open a pop-up menu with two options:
Profile & Security
Here you can manage personal account details, including:
Profile details
Space language
Date format
Security settings
Settings
This is where you'll find all workspace-level configuration, including:
General: Plan and billing information
Contacts/CRM: Contact fields, support levels, tags, and tasks
Mobile app: Mobile-specific settings
Messages: Email and SMS settings
Integrations & API: Connect third-party tools and manage API access
Can't see Settings?
Settings are only available to admins by default. If you're on an Expert plan, admins can grant access through customized roles.
If you don't see the Settings option, please reach out to an admin at your organization to request access.
