Customization options & how to access them

Qomon offers default settings, but you may want to customize your Qomon experience to match your exact needs or the way your organization operates!

So, what can be customized and how do you do it?

Some customization features require an Advanced or Expert plan subscription!


📊 Support Levels

  • Go to: Profile > Settings > Contacts/CRM > Support Levels

  • Categorize your contacts by support levels. Learn more.


✅ Task Channels


👥 Contacts

  • Go to: Profile > Settings > Contacts/CRM > Contacts

  • Customize fields to capture the information you need.

  • Add mandatory fields, rename, or customize existing ones. Learn more about custom fields.


📝 Surveys


⚙️ Space Name, Invitation Code & Avatar

  • Go to: Profile > Settings > General > My space

  • Personalize your space name, change the invitation code, and add an avatar.


🎭 Custom Roles

Important note: Role customization is only available for Expert Plans.
