Deliverability Center

Find out how the Deliverability Center helps you maintain a clean contact list for your email campaigns.

Written by Hendrik Giesecke

The Deliverability Center* helps you keep a healthy contact database by automatically identifying problematic email addresses after each campaign, so your future sends are more effective.

*The Deliverability Center is available with the Essentiel, Avancé, and Expert subscriptions.

💡 What is the Deliverability Center for?

Every time you send an email campaign, some addresses can generate errors: non-existent address, typo, invalid email domain, etc.

If these errors pile up, they can harm your sender reputation and, as a result, the deliverability of your future campaigns.

The Deliverability Center automatically groups the affected contacts, so you can identify, export, and fix them easily.

📍 Where can I find the Deliverability Center?

  1. Go to the Messages tab.

  2. At the top of the page, if any contacts need attention, the Deliverability Center banner appears with the number of contacts to fix.

  3. Click Open the center to see the details.

🔍 Identified issues

Three types of issues can be detected on your email addresses:

  • Hard bounce

The address doesn't exist or was permanently rejected (invalid email or domain, deleted mailbox...). These contacts will no longer receive your campaigns until their address is corrected.

Click See contacts to view these addresses directly in your contact database.

  • ✉️ Invalid syntax

The address was entered incorrectly: typo, missing @, space, etc.

You'll find the details of the affected addresses in the CSV file to download (see below).

  • 🚫 Invalid email domain

This usually happens when the email domain is misspelled (for example "gmaoil.com" instead of "gmail.com") or doesn't exist.

You'll find the details of the affected addresses in the CSV file to download (see below).

🔎 How do I fix incorrect addresses?

From the Deliverability Center, click "Download (CSV)" to export the list of email addresses to fix.

This file includes the Qomon ID of each affected contact. This allows you to:

  1. Correct the email addresses directly in the file.

  2. Re-import the file into Qomon.

  3. Bulk-update your contacts using their Qomon ID, without risk of creating duplicates.

👉 For guidance on this step, check out our dedicated article How to edit contacts via an import.

🔄 Reset tracking

Once you've made your corrections, you can click Reset tracking to bring the counter of addresses to fix back to zero.

⚠️ Note: This action only resets the number of invalid syntax and invalid email domain errors.

The history of hard bounces is always kept, so you have a reliable record of permanently invalid addresses.
