Invite Members to Your Team

You can invite members to your Qomon space in different ways: by email, with an invitation code, or directly from their contact card. Choose the method that works best for your team.

📧 Invite by Email

Inviting by email allows you to assign roles before members join.

  1. Go to Users > Invitations.

  2. Select By Email.

  3. Select the role(s) and add the email addresses of the people you want to invite.

You can invite users in three ways:

  • Individually: Add one email at a time and assign different roles.

  • Paste a list: If everyone has the same role, paste multiple emails separated by a semicolon ( ; ).

  • Import a CSV: Upload a CSV file containing email addresses and assign the same role to all.

Invited users will receive an email with instructions to join Qomon.

💡 Tip: You can also invite someone directly from their contact card:
Contact card > Manage User > Invite Contact.

🔑 Invite with an Invitation Code

Invitation codes are a quick way to invite many members at once.

  1. Go to Users > Invitations.

  2. Select With the Invitation Code.

  3. Copy and share the code with your members.

  4. Members enter the code when creating their account in the Qomon mobile app.

💡 Members who join with the code are assigned the Champ role by default, but roles can be updated later in the admin dashboard.

📝 Additional notes

  • Typing qomon.app.link in a phone browser opens the Qomon app or the App Store / Play Store to download it.

  • You can change the invitation code anytime in Settings without affecting existing invites. The code must contain 8 characters and at least 1 digit.

  • Users who have not yet confirmed their account can be sent a new invitation email by clicking the ↪️ re-send icon beside their email address.
