How the integration works:
👥 Contacts & Tags
From NationBuilder to Qomon:
Contacts with a postal code sync to Qomon with a "NationBuilder" tag.
Updates (address, phone, tags, etc.) sync in real-time (up to 2 minutes).
From Qomon to NationBuilder:
New contacts added in Qomon with an email or phone number sync to NationBuilder.
Tags added in either platform sync both ways.
Note: Tag modifications (e.g., renaming) require re-creation to sync.
📋 Surveys
Enable survey sync in Qomon: Survey > Enable NationBuilder Sync.
Survey responses in Qomon are added as tags to NationBuilder profiles, along with a “Qomon” tag.
📊 Level of Support
Match support levels between platforms: Settings > Contacts/CRM > Level of Support.
Match the Qomon levels of support with their NationBuilder equivalent at the bottom right-hand side of each support with the drop down menu.
Sync levels to ensure accurate targeting for actions and communications.
