Your survey can become even more powerful, thanks to conditional questions!

The conditional mode allows you to display a question/answer if and only if a specific answer has been given.

The advantage is that you can avoid wasting time on the field by simply avoiding unnecessary questions.

To activate the conditional mode, select the symbol (small string) at the end of a label to link this question (or this answer) to a previous answer. Therefore, you can script your surveys to avoid going over unnecessary questions or to suggest only answers that are consistent with previous answers!

⚠️Look out: if no questions are proposed to you, consider posting the survey and refreshing the page.

Then find out at a glance which response corresponds to the active filter, thanks to a simple colour code (yellow goes with yellow, red with red etc.)

Good practices 👌🏼:

  • Use your first questions to segment your surveys if needed.

  • Consider that you can use the first few questions as a guide for your volunteers.

Example: Q1 I meet this citizen: 1. In the street. 2. On the phone. 3. Door to door etc

  • Use an "Other" question only if the "Other" field has been selected by the citizen.

  • Make your tasks much more precise without weighing down the discussion.

Example: "Interested in being contacted again" ➡️ "Contacted again for" ➡️ "Participate in events", "Receive the program" etc ...

Well, in reality it's simple and quite intuitive! So, try it for yourself and get started with Qomon!
