📢 When presenting Qomon:

  1. Skip the tech jargon (no "app", "software", or "tool")—keep it friendly!

  2. Focus on the benefits:

    • Save time organizing (door-to-door, phone banking, etc.)

    • Keep meeting info in one place

    • Centralize actions & optimize efforts

    • Have a digital notebook on hand anytime

✨ You can describe Qomon as:

  • A digital notebook

  • A dynamic roadmap

  • A link between volunteers & HQ

📲 Getting Set Up

  1. Encourage all volunteers to download Qomon & create an account—5 minutes max!

  2. Assure them their data is private and only HQ has access.

  3. Appoint mentors: 1 per 15 volunteers for help! This will ideally be someone your volunteers can turn to if they have any questions on how to use Qomon.

  4. Quick Tip: Use WhatsApp or Telegram for reminders.

⚡️Quick Tips for Success

  • Set up together: Host a meeting where everyone downloads the app & enters the invitation code together.

  • Personal touch: Have your chairperson record a short video urging volunteers to register.

  • Practice makes perfect: Do a test run with experienced users in the field to answer questions live.

  • Track actions: Show volunteers how their efforts directly impact HQ by demoing the web platform.

🚫 What if some can't/refuses to use Qomon?

  • Pair them up: Assign a mentor or experienced volunteer to guide them.

  • Record info: If they’re using pen & paper, ensure someone enters their data regularly.

  • Explain the need: Let them know feedback from multiple sources is hard to process.

  • Assign different tasks: Give them duties that don’t involve data entry or tracking.
