How to use Qomon as a member of your organization?

As a member, volunteer, or activist, your organization has granted you access to their Qomon space. Congrats! You’re now part of a community shaping the future—more organized, saving time, and enjoying autonomy while reaching even more people. Let's dive in!

🤳 The mobile app

Qomon empowers you to take action, right from your phone. Forget the logistics—focus on the mission! You can:

  • Track information

  • View and participate in actions assigned to you

  • Canvass, survey, and even attend events

The app acts like a digital notebook, with all your data automatically sent to HQ, keeping everything streamlined and accessible.


🏃 Your 4 Main Steps to Get Started:

Here’s a simple 4-step guide to getting the most out of Qomon.

Step 1: Download the App

📱 Install the app on your smartphone:

Step 2: Create an Account

  1. Open the app and click “Create an account.”

  2. Fill in your info.

  3. Verify your email through the link we send you (check your spam folder if you don’t see it ⚠️).

  4. Enter your invitation code (from your admin or your invitation email).

That’s it! You’re officially part of the team (you only need to do this the first time around. If you need more details, visit this article).

Step 3: Autonomous Actions

Launch actions independently and become a spokesperson for your movement! Here's what you can do:

  • Add a contact: Upload details of new contacts to the database.

  • Start a survey: Engage with people by starting conversations.

  • Contacts near me: Locate nearby contacts for canvassing.

Step 3.1: Actions Planned by Your Organization (Add-on)

Participate in organized actions, which include:

  • Logistical info like type, date, and location

  • Roadmaps for canvassing, mailboxes, or calling

  • Guides with all the info needed to carry out the action

You can even join a team for specific actions and track your progress.

Step 3.2: Manage Your Profile

👤 Keep your profile up to date with a photo and availability. Add contact details so HQ can reach out to you as needed.

Step 3.3: Track Your Impact

See in real-time how many people you’ve mobilized and actions you’ve participated in. Your efforts matter!

Step 4: Take Action

🚀 Now that you're set up, you're ready to mobilize, survey, and participate in your movement's activities!

  • “It doesn't work, it’s not letting me sign in!"When using it for the first time, remember to confirm your e-mail address! This is to avoid robots! 🤖 This is one of the most commonly asked questions.

  • “I didn’t receive the account creation confirmation email”Look in your SPAM folder. Sometimes, it just happens 😅

  • "I get a white screen during installation, what’s going on?"The app pre-loads information during installation, remember to have good mobile network when downloading the app. Having problems? Close and restart the app.

  • "I don't see the actions that I created on the web app" Some browsers have trouble with instant changes. We recommend Chrome.

  • “Do not confuse passwords and invitation codes” When you or your activists create an account, enter a personal password. The organization’s invitation code only allows you to join your campaign space at the end of the Qomon account creation process.
