How to Create Your Qomon Account?
There are two ways in which you can create an account on Qomon:
📱 Download the app and follow the instruction to join your organization's space.
💻 Go to qomon.app and create your web account, you must have the proper role and permissions to access the web platform.
If you already have an account on the web platform, simply use the same credentials on the mobile app and vice versa!
Creating an account on the mobile app:
Download the Qomon App
Download the Qomon app from the App Store, Play Store, or APK pure.
Or, scan the QR code below to download it directly.
Create Your Account
Open the app and tap 'Create an account'.
Enter Your Information
Fill in the required details as prompted.
Confirm Your Email
Check your inbox and confirm your email address. This step is mandatory for security purposes—we don’t want robots 🤖 joining your team!
Enter Your Organization's Invitation Code
Return to the app and input your invitation code provided by your organization.
💡 Note: After creating your account, you’ll automatically be assigned the champ role. If you need admin access or additional permissions, request a role upgrade from your admin team.
Creating an account on the web platform:
Visit Qomon's Website
Head over to qomon.app
Sign Up
Click on 'Create an account' to begin.
Enter Your Information
Complete the required fields with your details.
Confirm Your Email
Check your email inbox and confirm your email address to finalize your account creation.
Enter Your Organization's Invitation Code
Go back to the web app and input your invitation code provided by your organization.
💡 Note: If unable to access the web platform, you'll need to request a role upgrade from an admin or another member of your organization!

🔑 Invitation Code
This code is used to join your organization's Qomon space. It must be given to you by a member of your organization — only they can share it with you. There are two ways to receive it:
Via an email invitation sent by your organization
By having a member share the invitation code directly with you
⚠️ If your organization is not yet on Qomon, you do not have an invitation code. Head to qomon.com to explore the platform and get in touch with our team!
✉️ Verification Code
This is a 4-digit code sent to your email to verify your address when creating your account. Simply enter it directly in the mobile app or web platform when prompted.
