This article explains why some contacts from your CSV file were not imported into your Qomon contact database

Why were some contacts in my CSV file not imported?

Our import system is able to detect errors in the CSV file that you import into Qomon. These errors are related to information and data attached to the contacts you wish to import.

For example

Date of birth: The import system expects a format "12/01/2021" - "DD/MM/YYYY"

If the system finds a "12 Jan 21" format in the date of birth column, the contact will not be imported.

Don't panic! 😉

An error file is created and all you need to do is consult it. You can download this error file at any time:

  • Imports/Exports > The name of your import > Download the invalid lines

This error file contains all the contacts that have not been imported and the reason why they were not been imported.

This will enable you to resolve these errors and re-import these contacts once the correction(s) has been made. 👍
