When to Use Notifications
General Updates
Go to Engage > Communications > Push or Users & Teams > Notify my Community to send custom messages.
Documents
Notify your team about new materials added to their mobile app. Learn how to upload documents here.
Actions
Notify Volunteers: Click save and choose to notify participants when editing actions.
Automatic Reminders: Members receive a notification the day before the event.
Follow-Up: Click "Notify Attendees" to reach out to members who haven’t confirmed attendance.
