How to cancel your subscription

A step-by-step guide to ending your subscription and managing your data.

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Go to Space Settings (bottom left corner of your Qomon interface).

  2. Select Subscription & Billing > Modify My Subscription > Cancel My Subscription.

  3. Follow the prompts to provide feedback and complete your cancellation request.


What happens after cancellation?

Until the end of your current billing cycle:

  • You will continue to have full access to your Qomon space and all its features.

After the billing cycle ends:

  • Your space will no longer be accessible to you or your organization members.

  • Members will lose access to their accounts on the mobile app.

  • All data in your space will be permanently deleted after 2 months, in compliance with GDPR regulations.
