Canceling Your Subscription
Go to Space Settings (bottom left corner of your Qomon interface).
Select Subscription & Billing > Modify My Subscription > Cancel My Subscription.
Follow the prompts to provide feedback and complete your cancellation request.
What happens after cancellation?
Until the end of your current billing cycle:
You will continue to have full access to your Qomon space and all its features.
After the billing cycle ends:
Your space will no longer be accessible to you or your organization members.
Members will lose access to their accounts on the mobile app.
All data in your space will be permanently deleted after 2 months, in compliance with GDPR regulations.
