  • Single Choice:

Step 1: Create the different options you want to import in the contact record settings BEFORE importing. The import cannot create new options.

If any of the imported values do not exist, the corresponding line in your file will result in an error.

  • Checkbox:

Step 1: Create the different options you want to import in the contact record settings BEFORE importing. The import cannot create new options.

Step 2: During the import, each "answer" must have its own column.

You must then select the "Question" column as many times as there are "answers" (hence separate columns).

Example:

Support Level:

This works like a Single Choice type:

Step 1: Create the different support levels in your space that you want to import BEFORE importing. The import cannot create new options.

Tasks:

This works like a checkbox type:

Step 1: Create the different tasks you want to import in your space BEFORE importing. The import cannot create new options.

Step 2: During the import, each "answer" must have its own column.

You must then select the "Question" column as many times as there are "answers" (hence separate columns).
