How to add a Qomon Form to your website (WordPress)

📝 Install and embed your Qomon Form in just a few steps

Integrating your Qomon online forms on your WordPress website is simple with the Qomon Form plugin. Online forms are an effortless way to grow your Qomon contact database—and with just a few clicks, you can embed them directly into your WordPress site.

Here’s how:


1. Install the Qomon Form plugin

You have two options to install the plugin:

a. Using a .zip file:

  1. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New and click Upload Plugin.

  2. Select the downloaded qomon.zip file and click Install Now.

  3. Once installed, click Activate Plugin.

b. Directly from the WordPress Plugin Directory:

  1. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New.

  2. Search for "Qomon Form" in the search bar.

  3. Click Install Now and then Activate once the installation is complete.

Your Qomon Form plugin is now ready to use!


2. Add your Online Form

Once the plugin is activated, you can embed your Qomon form on your site using one of these methods:

a. Using the Qomon Form Block:

  1. In Qomon, select the form you’d like to integrate and click Integrate in the top menu.

  2. In the pop-up, go to the WordPress section and copy the Form ID.

  3. In WordPress, add a Qomon Form block to your page and paste the Form ID into the block.

  4. Update your page to display the form.

b. Using a Shortcode:

  1. Add a Shortcode block to your WordPress page.

  2. Paste the following code into the block:
    [qomon-form id=my-form-id]
    Replace my-form-id with the ID of your form.

  3. Update your page to display the form.


🎨 Customizing Your Form

Your Qomon form is now live! You can fully customize it to match your website's colors and branding.
