How Brevo Handles Unsubscribes

When sending emails in Qomon with the Brevo integration, managing unsubscribes is automatic and seamless. If a contact unsubscribes from an email sent via Brevo, this status is automatically synced with Qomon, ensuring your contact database stays up to date.


✉️ What happens when a contact unsubscribes?

  • If a recipient clicks the unsubscribe link in an email sent via the Brevo integration in Qomon, their status is immediately updated in Brevo.

  • This unsubscribe status is then automatically reflected in Qomon.

  • The contact will no longer receive emails sent through Qomon using Brevo.


🔍 Where to view unsubscribes in Qomon

You can check unsubscribed contacts directly in your Qomon database:

  1. Go to your Contact database.

  2. Use your advanced filters to search for unsubscribed contacts: Consents > Rejected Emails.

  3. These contacts will be marked as opted-out, ensuring they are excluded from future email campaigns.
