How to join a second organization
If you are already a member of an organization on Qomon and want to join another one, it’s possible, and very simple!
To join a new organization, the process does not use an invitation code.
You need to ask a manager (admin) of the second organization to invite you by email. Once the invitation is sent, you will be automatically added to the new organization.
Why doesn’t it work with an invitation code?
Invitation codes are mainly used to allow new members to join an organization via the mobile app.
If you are already a member of an organization, joining another one requires an email invitation so that your existing account is correctly linked to the new organization.
Can I use the same email address?
Yes ✅
You can join multiple organizations with the same Qomon account and the same email address.
There is no need to create a new account, unless you intentionally want to separate your accesses.
How to switch between multiple organizations
Once you are a member of several organizations, you can easily switch from one to another:
Click on the organization name at the top of your screen
A dropdown menu will appear
Select the organization you want to navigate to
This works on both the mobile app and the web platform.
Is there a limit to the number of organizations I can join?
No, there is no limit to the number of organizations (or spaces) you can join with your Qomon account.
You can be part of as many organizations as you like while keeping a single account and email address.
