With the Check-In feature, you can manage both expected and actual participation in one place. Participants continue to confirm their attendance as usual through the mobile app, while action leaders can mark attendees as they arrive.
This ensures you always have a clear and accurate view of who planned to attend, and who actually showed up.
Check-In: Track attendance in real time
Once your action begins, you can check participants in as they arrive using one of two methods:
💻 From the Web Platform
Click “Start Check-in” on the action page
Select the toggle next to each participant’s name as they arrive
This option works well when managing attendance from a central point, such as a registration table.
📱 From the Mobile App
Action leaders can open the action in the mobile app
Access the check-in section
Check in participants directly from their device
This allows for flexible, on-the-ground attendance tracking without needing a computer.
Confirm participation in advance
Invitees can confirm their participation in actions, indicating whether they plan to attend. This helps organizers anticipate turnout and prepare accordingly.
