Consent Management on Mobile
When creating or editing contacts in the Qomon mobile app, consent collection depends on the compliance mode selected in your Consent Center.
This ensures your field teams can collect compliant consent records directly from the field.
Consent collection in Essential Compliance
In Essential Compliance, the consent checkboxes configured in your Compliance Center settings are reflected directly in the mobile app.
Field teams see the same channel checkboxes configured for your organization, including:
Mandatory channels
Optional channels
All the "Disabled" channels won't appear on the App.
This makes it easy to record consent while creating contacts on the go without requiring additional configuration.
Consent collection in Advanced Compliance
In Advanced Compliance, a dedicated "Communication Preferences" screen is available before saving a contact.
Your volunteer can review and record consent purpose by purpose and channel by channel, accepting or refusing each one individually.
This gives you a granular, accurate consent record even when contacts are added in the field
Your volunteers can select the "Accept all" button from the contact card or inside the "Communication Preferences" to accept all purposes and channels.
The "Refuse all" button is also accessible from the "Communication Preferences" page.
