How do I change my password?
To change your password through your Qomom account, log in to your account on the web app:
Select your settings menu by clicking on your name at the bottom left-hand corner
Click "Profile & Security"
Click on "Password & Security (2FA)" > fill in the following fields.
⚠️Your new password must contain at least one uppercase letter, one digit, and one special character.
Make sure to click save once you're finished, otherwise your password will not be changed!
How do I access my account if I forgot my password?
On the log-in screen, click on "Forgot Password" and fill in the following field with the email associated with your account.
A password reset link will be sent to the email you provided if there is an account linked to it.
