How to invite members of my team on Qomon?

There are 2 ways to invite your team members:

Inviting members via email:

✅This method is the fastest and easiest for volunteers.

📩You can track all invitations sent.

🎉Volunteers will not have to enter the invitation code. They will join your organization directly after creating their account.

STEP 1: Log into your account.

STEP 2: Go to “Users & Teams”.

  • Navigate to the “Users and Teams” tab in the left column menu > Click on "Invite Users"

  • Select the “By Email” option > Fill in the email address(es) of the people you want to invite > Click “Send” > They will receive an email telling them what to do next

STEP 3: Find your members on your web platform

Inviting members with invitation code:

🏃This method is the fastest for organizations.

STEP 1: LOG IN to your account.

STEP 2: GO TO “Users and Teams”.

  • Navigate to the “Users and Teams” tab in the left column menu > Click on "Invite Users"

  • Click on "Invite Users" > Select the “With the invitation code” option > Copy

STEP 3: Share the invitation code with your members and instruct them to follow the steps found under creating an account on the mobile app.

STEP 4: Find your members on your web interface.

❌ You can modify your organization’s invitation code at any time from your Settings without affecting anyone who has already joined or received an email invite. But it must contain 8 characters and 1 digit to be valid. ❌

💡 If you want to upgrade their role (everyone is a 'Champ' when they join your organization), you can do it from your admin dashboard by editing a member. you can manage roles to fit your movement's organizational structure the best possible.
