How does it work?
A little glossary:
Zapier is the "link" that connects hundreds of applications.
Zaps are automations that connect applications to each other so that they interact with each other.
A "trigger" is an "event". It defines the event required to launch an automation. (example: receiving an email, subscribing to a newsletter, filling in a questionnaire etc.)
An "action" is the outcome that completes the zap. It is what happens once the "trigger" is triggered. (Example: Send email attachments to a dropbox) These actions are done automatically so you can concentrate on essential tasks.
