🤔 What is multi-select?
When you want to use the cross analysis tool, create an action, or target communication to a larger area, multi-select gives you a little short cut by allowing you to click on multiple spaces on your map's contours.
This can be done at any level of contouring: for example, in America you can select multiple States, Counties, Municipalities, Wards etc.
NOTE: This is all dependent on your Qomon space and geographical location. Different spaces have different levels of contouring available depending on your subscription. Don’t hesitate to contact support if you have any questions!
🗺️ How to use multi-select on the map:
The first step is to find your Map under the Analyze tab, and pick your contour level. This example shows the Wards.
The next step is to make sure you are in Selection mode and not Exploration mode, which you will find at the top right of your screen. You can then select as many territories as you like, the tab on the right will display which you have selected.
🥳And that’s it! You can select the Actions dropdown and either: Create an action, See contacts, Send email, or Send SMS.
